Uncover Israel’s diverse heritage, architecture, landscapes, culinary traditions and more. Begin in cosmopolitan Tel Aviv, discover a colorful market and artist’s studio in Jaffa, then cruise the Sea of Galilee. Explore Akko’s Crusader fort, an ancient fishing village and the Mount of Beatitudes. Savor local olive oils and wine and a traditional Druze lunch in a family home. Tour Old Jerusalem, including the Mount of Olives, the Western Wall and the Davidson Center. Visit Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center, and speak with a Holocaust survivor. Throughout, enjoy expert-led discussions and an extensive meal plan including wine with dinner.
