Where can I find assets?

You can download social media, web and email graphics as well as design files here.

If you have questions about how to use the graphics, please submit a Jira ticket for the UADP Marketing and Communications team.

How can I get Homecoming buttons? What do they cost? What is the limit on how many I can get?

Contact Lisa Valentine at lisaval@al.arizona.edu to order Homecoming buttons. For colleges and units, they are .50 cents each. Supplies are limited.

Tent Reservations (Tent space on the Mall in the college area) & Activation Stations

How do I/we reserve a tent?

When does the Wildcat for Life (WFL) Tailgate Party open?

The WFL Tailgate Party opens 5 hours prior to kickoff. 

How and when do I/we load in on the Mall if we have a tent?

You will need to request and purchase a load in pass from our office. They are $2.
Load in begins 90 minutes before we open. Each vehicle has 15-30 minutes to unload then all vehicles must be off the Mall.
Detailed directions will be emailed to each participant 1 week prior.

What is an Activation Station?

Each station will have a 10x10 tent space, one table and 2 chairs and a banner with your desired name. 
There is a fee of $100 for each station.
We ask that each activation station be open for the middle three hours of Tents on the Mall. 

What is the deadline to reserve a tent? When are payments due?

Thursday, Sept. 30 is the deadline to reserve a tent and final payment is due by Friday, Oct. 8, 2021.

How do we participate in the WFL Tailgate Party in the college-designated area? 

Before ordering your tent, please complete this form or contact Lisa Valentine to share the size of the tent your college is requesting. 
The college-designated area starts west of ILC and ends at the turn around road in front of the stage at the Cactus Garden. 

If we choose not to set up in the fenced college area, where will we be?

There will be space allocated outside the fenced-in college area for other colleges and units that prefer not to be in the designated alcohol space.

Do we need to have food and drink tickets for our guests?

Yes, each college or unit will need to create their own food and drink tickets with their name on them so that food vendors and bartenders can tally each groups food and beverage expenses.

When do we have to close our tents and load out?

As soon as game time starts, the gates will be opened for cars to get on Mall and load out. We are not allowed to load out after football game.

 

Event Registration, Calendar Listing Support & Lynx Reporting

I've requested an event registration page in BBIS. How long will it take for that event to be created in Lynx and when will I recieve my registration link?

If you submitted your event details using our event request form prior to Sept. 1 then your Lynx event, registration page, and calendar listing are underway. Final links and Lynx details will be provided directly to you no later than Sept. 15. 

All other event requests generally take one week. 

Where do I find my event and/or my event link?

Your event will be posted on the main Homecoming page and your unique link will be sent directly to you. 

What is Lynx? What if I don’t have access to it?

Lynx is the UADP’s CRM system that will help track your event attendees after they register. Contact your supervisor if you need access and training.

How do I pull reports or see who is attending my event?

In Lynx, you can access the BETA – Registration details tab, click more and download an excel of attendees or complete a JIRA ticket for a complete report that meets your unit/colleges needs.

What are the registration deadlines for events? How long will it take to process final registrations?

Event registration must close 48 hours prior to when you/venue needs final numbers in order to process final registrations. If you are using an outside system to collect event registrations and would like to upload those registrants to Lynx, you will need to submit a support ticket. Please contact us at uadpevents@uafoundation.org for assistance. 

Alumni of the Year Awards Ceremony

When is the ceremony?

Thursday, Nov. 4 from 2-5 p.m.

From 2-3 p.m. enjoy a champagne reception honoring award winners. Ceremony/program begins at 3 p.m. 

Is there parking available?

Yes, with advance registration. The registration deadline is Oct. 20.

There is parking available in the Second Street Garage. You will not need anything to enter the garage. Your swipe card to use when exiting the garage will be available in your materials at check-in. 

Can children attend?

Of course, children are welcome!

What is the dress?

We suggest business attire. 

 

Reunion

I want to make a gift to another college, program or unit on campus that's different from the options provided, does it count?

Yes! Members of the class of 1970 or 1971 can give to ANY UNIT on campus they are passionate about and it will also count towards the cumulative class giving as long as it is made within the year. Exceptions: ICA seats, gifts that have been booked in a previous year.

Yes. Each college will be notified when alumni have registered and are welcome to attend.
