What do you do for work and what are your day-to-day responsibilities?
I am a senior customer champion at Salsify, a product experience management startup in Boston. Day-to-day, my responsibility is to monitor the adoption of the platform by our customers and be a source of e-commerce strategy to help customers at any point in the digital maturity curve.
How did your time at the UA prepare you to make networking connections and be successful as a professional?
My time at the UA provided me with the confidence to be myself and taught me to be confident in my knowledge and presentation style. It taught me to always keep my options open and be open to new opportunities, both professionally and personally. (It also gave me my wife, who I met freshman year.)
What is the best piece of career advice you have ever received?
The best piece of professional advice that I’ve ever received was about priorities, specifically people, product and profits. As long as you take care of the people around you, and deliver the best product you can, the profits will follow.
