The future of medicine is here: Groundbreaking work at the University of Arizona Health Sciences soon will reshape the way our health is measured. Instead of blood tests, devices that can be worn or implanted will tell how healthy we are.

Devices being developed at the UA Health Sciences will measure, assess and predict human health, well-being and performance.

Patients will be able to get feedback outside of the doctor’s office or laboratory and receive mobile, personalized health information. This innovative research involves collaborations with faculty at the UA and other institutions as well as with industry/community partners throughout the world.
