Other ways to get involved:
Wildcat Coffee Club
Like the Wildcat Wednesdays, the Wildcat Coffee Club series is designed to connect our AdvoCats with lawmakers in small group settings for a more intimate discussion. But instead of being at the Capitol, we ask AdvoCats to open their home or place of business for a meeting with their legislators. All we ask is that you provide coffee and a continental breakfast and help recruit attendees. We’ll take care of getting legislators there. We like to do these on Friday mornings since the legislature is not in session those days. If you are interested in hosting, please contact Mike Sistak at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Send a letter
Online, we have two letters available to send to your legislators asking them to support the overall ABOR agenda, and another letter specifically asking for their support for UA’s new School of Veterinary Medicine. All you have to do is fill in your contact information and the website will send it to the appropriate legislator based on your address. Please send a letter and ask your friends and family to do the same! Click here for the letters: http://uaadvocacy.freeenterpriseaction.com/act
