Join the Alumni Career Lab in Phoenix as we host Wildcats Connect "Professionals in Entrepreneurship." The event is for alumni to connect with other alumni in various career fields/industries in a relaxed social environment. We are excited to present two alumni speakers who will talk about their careers as entrepreneurs:

  • Chris Brozina '06, Executive Vice President, Mark-Taylor Companies: MTC is the largest developer, 3rd largest owner, and largest property manager of class-A apartments in the state of Arizona. As the company is transitioning from 30+ years in business to its next generation, Chris is the primary figure in formulating the overall investment strategy, overseeing new development & acquisition activities, and is responsible for the business development, support, training and well-being of the of MTC’s 600 employees. Mark-Taylor has been named the No. 1 Multifamily Commercial Real Estate Developer from the Phoenix Business Journal (three-years running) and the No. 1 Multifamily Management Company from Ranking Arizona for the past eight years. Additionally, MTC was awarded Best Places to Work from Multifamily Leadership Magazine (2015 and 2016), Best Workplace Culture from Ranking Arizona and one of the state’s Healthiest Employers from the Phoenix Business Journal. 
  • Kristen Shroyer '05 is the co-founder and vice president of National Accounts for ONEHOPE Wine. ONEHOPE is a world-class winery located in the heart of Napa Valley, and the company's one hope is to bring together a community that makes the world better through memorable wine and experiences. Each of ONEHOPE’s thoughtfully-crafted products supports a charitable cause, empowering people to do more good through everyday actions. Their award-winning portfolio is primarily produced in collaboration with Rob Mondavi Jr., and to date the company has donated over $3 million to partner non-profits. Heavily involved in the company's sales since day one, Kristen has helped grow the brand to be one of the top 300 wineries by volume in the U.S.

Raffle prizes will be drawn throughout the event. Heavy appetizers and drinks will be served.
