About the speaker:
Charles Durazo graduated from the University of Arizona in 1989 with a degree in finance and went on to attain an MBA from Pepperdine University in 1992. With over 25 years of work experience in manager and director positions, Durazo has worked in product management and product marketing for software firms, including Ariba and IBM. He has also worked in branding and strategic planning for food and beverage firms, including PepsiCo and Clase Azul Tequila.
Today, Durazo runs his own company helping boutique distilled spirits brands with their branding and strategic planning. Durazo also works with alumni at both the UA and Pepperdine to help accelerate their careers. In a past life, Durazo was a stand-up comedian and comedic improviser in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Durazo is also the proud dad of a soon-to-be teenage son.
