Today we left South Africa for Zambia and Zimbabwe. We visited the beautiful Victoria Falls. The river is quite low, as the rainy season is just beginning. This means that the falls are not their biggest, but it also means that they are not shrouded in mist and can be photographed.

After our short hike at Victoria Falls we headed for the Stanley and Livingstone Hotel, our abode for the next three days. While showing me my room, Mooyan, said that they have Africa's big five on their private game reserve and that sometimes they can be seen at the watering hole. He opened the curtains and there were four zebras and several other animals that I could view from my window. Amazing.
