After a day of sailing the sea, we were ready for Puerto Limon, Costa Rica, where travelers were off to a day of hiking the rain forrest, zip lining, white water rafting, or searching for sloths in the tall trees of the jungle. A sloth looks a little bit like a monkey, but is hard to find as it appears like a ball of hair or a giant nest, and it moves slow as molasses. Algae even grows in their fur to enhance their camouflage. The trek in the rain forrest was a day of discovery from the green spotted frog and blue butterfly to the toucan and sloth amidst leaves of green and birds of paradise, leaving the eyes glittering in amazement.
