We left the Chobe Marina Lodge this morning. I was sad to see it go. We saw so many amazing animals during our stay and the people in Botswana were so friendly.

This morning we had the choice of visiting a local village or going for another game drive. The entire traveling party decided on the game drive. No one wanted to miss the chance of seeing a leopard. We also hadn't seen elephants in the wild and were ready for action.

Every day brings a new adventure. This morning on our game drive I witnessed a baboon being born and cradled in it's mother's arms. Another small baboon was clearly jealous and was disciplined by a larger baboon.

Today we left Stanley and Livingston Lodge to head to the Chobe National Park in Botswana.

We finished yesterday with an elephant back safari and dinner cruise on the Zambezi river.

We began today with a 5 a.m. wake up call, a bit early, but well worth it. Our goal, to see Africa's endangered black rhino. The game reserve we are staying at has a breeding program of the rhinos, which are very rare.

Today we left South Africa for Zambia and Zimbabwe. We visited the beautiful Victoria Falls. The river is quite low, as the rainy season is just beginning.
