Email Forwarding Service Discontinued

UA Alumni Association,

We regret to announce that the email forwarding service you use through the UA Alumni Association’s online community will stop sending messages on July 1, 2017. This means that the native email forwarding service,, will be completely deactivated and will no longer be available for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Unfortunately, the service provider is no longer able to provide this service as a result of changes in spam functionality and regular service interruptions that result in problems for customers. 

New Offering to Replace Email Forwarding

To replace the current email forwarding service, the UAAA has partnered with the UA's information technology office (UITS) to offer access to CatMail. Through CatMail, users will have access to an address as well as the ability to signup for email forwarding.

Signup for CatMail 

  • Graduates in Classes 2009-17
    Graduates between 2009-17 have a NetID. Use your NetID to login to CatMail. Recover your NetID and password here. For assistance, contact 24/7 IT Support.
  • Graduates in Classes 1988-2008
    Graduates between 1988-2008 do not have a NetID. To start using CatMail, create a NetID and password here. For assistance contact, 24/7 IT Support.
  • Graduates in Classes 1987 and Before
    Due to technology differences, graduates in classes 1987 and before are not a part of the current UAccess system for student record keeping and CatMail access. We are working on a solution for this group to gain access to CatMail. Please email with your interest in gaining access to CatMail. We will add you to a list of interested alumni.
