Class Reunions

Class of 1960 Golden Reunion
Thursday, October 21, 2010

  • The Class of 1960 Reunion Dinner from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Marriott University Park Hotel.

Class Reunions Fund for the Ages
The tradition of presenting a Reunion Class Gift at the UA goes back more than forty years. In honor of the UA's celebration of its 125th anniversary, we have established the Class Reunions Fund for the Ages so that all class members will have an opportunity to join this effort.

The Class Reunion Fund for the Ages will benefit the University of Arizona Alumni Association, which enlists the help of alumni in preserving the values of their alma mater for past, present and future students, and the Arizona Assurance scholarship program, which invests in Arizona's future by providing scholarships to low-income University of Arizona students.

Reunion Outreach
The traditional reunion activities at Homecoming for the class of fifty years ago (the Golden Reunion) will be expanded beyond the celebration of the Class of 1960.

HOMECOMING 2009

Thank you Alumni for attending Homecoming 2009!

We all had a great time last year.
The weather was perfect too.

The University of Arizona Alumni Association has hosted Homecoming for the past 95 years. And for the last several years, Henry Plimack `65, an alumni volunteer, has returned to memorialize all things Homecoming. Henry has taken some great photos of this year's Homecoming activities, including the Class of 1959 Reunion events, that you can download and print.

As a former UA Band member, and still active in the Alumni Band, Henry loves Homecoming and documents events and festivities that the UA Alumni Association organizes and hosts (along with other participating campus organizations) during the Homecoming weekend.

We thought you might enjoy seeing some of Henry's photos from this and previous years' Homecoming events. The College of Fine Arts, who host Henry's work on their servers, agreed.

The photos on this page are a small sample of Henry's great work, and the rest can be viewed by pointing your browser to http://www.cfa.arizona.edu/homecoming/v/2009 or by clicking here.
